Personal support

Coaching & in-person training

Sometimes you need more than a course. You need someone to look at your specific situation, help you see what is happening, and walk the next few steps with you.

Coaching is for people who want focused, practical help starting and keeping conversations going.

How it works

Coaching is not about becoming a different person. It is about learning to show up, say something, and keep going.

  1. 1

    Book a free intro call

We talk for 15 minutes about what is going on and whether coaching is the right fit. No pressure to commit.

  2. 2

    Choose your format

Pick a single call, a short package, or an in-person day. We tailor the work to your pace and your life.

  3. 3

    Meet and practice

Calls are conversational and practical. You bring real situations; we work through them together.

Questions you might have

Do I need to have bought the course first?

No. The course and coaching work well together, but coaching is open to anyone who wants focused support. If you are working through the course, we can use the modules as a shared framework.

What happens in a typical coaching call?

We start with what actually happened in your week: a conversation that went poorly, one you avoided, or a situation coming up. Then we look at what got in the way, practice a different approach, and make a concrete plan for the next few days.

Where does in-person training happen?

In-person sessions are based in the Netherlands, usually in or near The Hague. We meet in real-world settings such as cafés, parks, or small events so the practice happens where conversations actually take place.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is practical and skills-based. It is not a treatment for mental health conditions. If you are in acute distress, please reach out to a mental health professional first.

How do I choose the right option?

If you are unsure, send a message through the form below. We can have a free 15-minute call to talk about what would be most useful.
